What belongs here
Share content that is authentic, creative, lawful, and considerate of other people.
- ✓Original photos or images you created or have permission to share
- ✓Creative, funny, artistic, and personal content
- ✓Respectful and relevant captions
- ✓Your own social-media handle or a handle you are authorized to publish
- ✓Mature or disturbing themes that are accurately labeled NSFW and comply with this policy
- ✓Constructive and honest participation in the ranking experience
What is not allowed
The following content or behavior may be removed and may lead to account restrictions or termination.
- ×Uploading another person’s photo without permission or another valid legal basis
- ×Harassment, bullying, threats, or targeted abuse
- ×Hate speech or attacks against protected groups
- ×Real nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content
- ×Sexual exploitation or content involving child sexual abuse
- ×Non-consensual intimate imagery, leaked private photos, or revenge pornography
- ×Private information, doxxing, or non-consensual personal exposure
- ×Impersonation, scams, misleading identity claims, or fraud
- ×Copyrighted content you do not have permission to use
- ×Graphic gore, glorification of violence, or dangerous instructions
- ×Spam, bots, fake engagement, or ranking manipulation
- ×Malware, phishing, illegal activity, or malicious links

Ask yourself three questions.
Do I own this image or have permission to share it?
Would I be comfortable with this image being public?
Does this respect the people shown or mentioned?
Mature and NSFW content
Mature, violent, disturbing, or sensitive themes may be permitted when they comply with applicable law and Photobid.space policies. Content that may not be suitable for everyone must be accurately labeled NSFW.
NSFW labeling does not permit real nudity, pornography, explicit sexual activity, sexual exploitation, or other prohibited material. Such content may be removed without notice.
Users must not use an NSFW label to disguise, bypass, or intentionally misrepresent prohibited content.

Photobid.space is a public platform, and we reserve the right to remove, restrict, hide, or disable access to any post that violates our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Content Policy, or applicable law.
This includes, but is not limited to, content containing:

- Sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Graphic violence, gore, or glorification of violent acts.
- Content that promotes abuse, exploitation, or dangerous activities.
- Harassment, hate speech, threats, or targeted abuse.
- Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or rights-infringing material.
- Unauthorized photos of other people or private individuals.
Posts may be removed immediately when necessary to protect users, comply with legal obligations, investigate reports, or maintain the safety and integrity of the platform.
Repeated or serious violations may result in temporary suspension, permanent account termination, or other appropriate action.
