Content Policy

Photobid.space is currently operated by Krish Khare as an independent online service. Users are responsible for their uploads, labels, rights, permissions, consent, and compliance with applicable laws.

Users may upload mature, violent, disturbing, or sensitive content only when it complies with applicable law and Photobid.space policies. Such content must be accurately marked NSFW where appropriate.

NSFW labeling does not permit real nudity, pornography, explicit sexual activity, or sexually exploitative material. Photobid.space may remove such content at any time, including content that is incorrectly labeled, misleadingly categorized, or uploaded to evade these restrictions.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Sexual content involving minors or child sexual abuse material.
• Real nudity, pornography, or explicit sexual activity.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, revenge pornography, or leaked private photos.
• Photos of another person uploaded without permission or another valid legal basis.
• Sexual exploitation, blackmail, harassment, or abuse.
• Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or exploitative content.
• Copyrighted or trademarked material uploaded without authorization.
• Threats, hate speech, scams, spam, malware, phishing, or ranking manipulation.
• Content that exposes private or sensitive personal information.

Photobid.space may manually review uploaded content and reports. However, we do not guarantee that every policy violation will be detected immediately or that all prohibited content will be prevented from appearing on the platform.

Content may be hidden, rejected, restricted, or permanently removed without prior notice. Associated listings, bids, or transactions may be cancelled where appropriate. Refund eligibility will be handled according to applicable law and the relevant purchase terms.

Accounts may be restricted, suspended, or permanently deleted for serious or repeated violations. Photobid.space may preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with valid legal requests, protect users, investigate abuse, or enforce its policies.

This Content Policy does not override mandatory rights or consumer protections provided by applicable law.
