Photobid.space is intended for creative, respectful, and responsible image sharing. Upload only content you have the legal right and necessary permission to publish. Respect consent, privacy, dignity, and the people represented in your uploads.

You must not upload, publish, or distribute another person’s photo without their permission or another valid legal basis. This includes unauthorized portraits, private images, leaked content, non-consensual intimate imagery, impersonation, harassment, and images intended to humiliate or exploit someone.

You must not upload sexual content involving minors, child sexual abuse material, pornography, real nudity, explicit sexual activity, sexual exploitation, revenge pornography, blackmail, or other non-consensual intimate content. Such content may be removed immediately and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.

Mature or disturbing content, including violence or sensitive themes, may be permitted only when it complies with applicable law and Photobid.space policies and is accurately marked NSFW. NSFW labeling does not make prohibited, sexually explicit, nude, exploitative, or illegal content acceptable.

Do not upload graphic gore, content promoting abuse or exploitation, threats, harassment, hate speech, fraud, scams, spam, malware, phishing, illegal activity, ranking manipulation, or copyrighted material that you do not have permission to use.

Users are responsible for their uploaded images, captions, social handles, labels, permissions, and legal compliance. Photobid.space does not guarantee that every policy violation will be detected immediately.

Photobid.space may review reports and content, hide or reject uploads, remove content without prior notice, cancel related transactions, restrict account functionality, suspend accounts, or permanently delete accounts for violations of these Guidelines, applicable law, or platform policies.

False, misleading, or intentionally evasive NSFW labels may result in content removal and account enforcement. Any refund decision will be handled according to applicable law and the relevant purchase terms.
